Taxpayers of Ternopil region have transferred 605.9 million UAH of the single social contribution since the beginning of 2020. Expected revenues have been ensured by 100.9%. Amount of 5.6 million UAH was additionally allocated to the budget. Revenues growth has amounted 48.3 million UAH or 8.7% compared to January-February 2019. This was reported by acting Head of Main Directorate of the STS in Ternopil region Valerii Lisnytskyi.
“Our taxpayers paid 316.5 million UAH of the single social contribution in February 2020. Indicative figures have been ensured by 101.3%. Therefore, additional revenues have amounted 4.2 million UAH” – stated acting Head of Main Directorate of the STS in Ternopil region. He also noted that compared to February 2019 payment of the specified contribution has increased by 26.4 million UAH.
Official also stated that the single social contribution to compulsory state social insurance is the main source of replenishment for social insurance funds. “This payment finances the state social programs, pensions, financial assistance to citizens, etc.” – summarized Valerii Lisnytskyi.
Valerii Lisnytskyi told that revenues growth of this payment has been ensured by the deliberate work aimed at un-shadowing of the labor market, joint measures on the debt repayment and increase the level of wages for employees, as well as declaring citizens’ non-taxable income.
