Tax officials of the Main Directorate of the STS in Dnipropetrovsk region conducted 37 actual audits of business entities on control in sphere of turnover of excisable goods during two months of 2020, as a result of which 31 violations of legislation were detected. Total amount of accrued financial sanctions is 5 million 121.8 thousand UAH.
Most often, business entities carried out the sale of fuel without a license (18 cases).
In addition, was detected the following: 1 fact of the wholesale of fuel without a license, 3 facts of the retail sale of alcohol beverages and tobacco products without the relevant licenses, 3 facts of sale of alcohol beverages at prices lower than the minimum retail prices, 4 facts of the sale of alcohol beverages for bottling and 2 – sale of tobacco products by piece.
