Local budgets of Donetsk region received 2 billion 57 million UAH during January-February 2020 which is 51 million UAH more than during the same period in 2019.
The main share of local budget revenues is accounted by the personal income tax (68% of all revenues). More than 1 billion 440 million UAH of this tax was collected during January-February 2020 which exceeds the last year’s figures by 64 million UAH.
In addition, representatives of the simplified taxation system transferred 228.2 million UAH (11%) to the budget which is 16.5 million UAH more than during the same period in 2019.
Land payment (9%) also occupies a significant place in filling of the local treasury, revenues of which since the beginning of the year have amounted 180 million UAH – this is 13% more than in 2019.
The biggest share of payments was provided by the taxpayers of Mariupol city – 696 million UAH (almost 34% of the total local budgets revenues), entrepreneurs of Pokrovsk city and Pokrovskyi district supplemented the budget with 270.6 million UAH (13.2%), Slovyansk – 222.4 million UAH (10.8%), Kramatorsk – 220 million UAH (10.7%).
Stable and rhythmic provision of local budgets gives an opportunity for local governments to fund activities aimed to create comfortable conditions for citizens of entire Donetsk region.
