Employers officially registered 1506 employees in Zaporizhzhia during two months of campaign aimed at un-shadowing employment.
Commenting the results of work during two-month of 2020, acting Head of Main Directorate of the STS in Zaporizhzhia region Ruslan Rachynskyi reported that during this time working groups of tax specialists, state labor administration, other executive bodies and local self-government organized explanatory meetings with employers, seminars and round tables.
Due to conducted information measures, the number of 1357 citizens were officially employed and paid 7.1 million UAH of income. Of this amount, nearly 3 million UAH was received by the budgets, including 1.2 million UAH of the personal income tax, 1.5 million UAH of the single social contribution and 100 thousand UAH of the military levy.
In addition, audits were conducted among companies and entrepreneurs who were at risk of using hired labor. As a result, 149 individuals were found to be working without proper employment. Materials were sent to the Main directorate of the State service for taking appropriate measures.
Also, tax specialists conducted audits of 49 business entities regarding the completeness of accrual and payment of taxes and fees upon the payment of income to citizens. After detected violations the amount of 4.4 million UAH of the personal income tax, 1.6 million UAH of the single social contribution and 300 thousand UAH of military levy were additionally accrued. Currently 1.1 million UAH has already been transferred to the budgets.
