Local budgets of Zaporizhzhia region received 165 million 600 thousand UAH of the land payment during two-month of 2020. According to acting Head of Main Directorate of the STS in Zaporizhzhia region Ruslan Rachynskyi, comparing level of payment to the same period in 2019 has increased by 5.2 million UAH or 3.2%.
Specifically, enterprises, institutions and organizations transferred 147.2 million UAH of the land payments which is 4.4 million UAH more than in 2019. Entrepreneurs transferred 18.4 million UAH – this is 811 thousand UAH more than in 2019.
In January-February 2020, business entities and residents of Zaporizhzhia allocated 61.5 million UAH to the city budget; land users of Energodar, Kamyanka-Dnipro and Velykobilozersk transferred 22.5 million UAH to the treasury; Berdyansk and coastal land users transferred 14.7 million UAH; Melitopol and Veselivskyi – 14.5 million UAH; Polohivski, Belmatski and Roziv land users – almost 11 million UAH; Yakimovski and Azovski land users – 8.8 million UAH; Orikhiv and Hulyaypilski – 8.7 million UAH, etc.
At present, 8707 business entities leg – legal entities submitted the land payment declarations to the STS bodies of the region (4926 of the land tax and 3781 of the rent). As of the beginning of March 2020, specialists of the Tax service in Zaporizhzhia region generated almost 4300 tax notifications-decisions to citizens who own or lease land.
Petitions for seizure of land plots and their redistribution between solvent entities appealed to local councils regarding three legal entities that have arrears of the land payments.
