Employees of the Tax service of Kirovograd region conducted individual work with executives of 127 enterprises during the 1st quarter of 2020. As a result of taken measures, the level of paid wages has been increased at 126 enterprises, due to which the budget received additional 76.0 thousand UAH of the personal income tax, 6.3 thousand UAH of the military levy and 92.9 thousand UAH of the single social contribution.
Heads of 186 enterprises were heard during commissions meetings at district state administrations and city executive committees of the region on the issue of increasing the level of wages during January-March 2020.
As a result of taken measures, the level of paid wages has been increased at 169 enterprises, due to which the budget received additional 4.641.0 thousand UAH of the personal income tax, 386.7 thousand UAH of the military levy and 5672.3 thousand UAH of the single social contribution.
The work of 668 employees was legalized as of 01.04.2020. Thus, the work of 35 individuals was legalized according to conducted control-audit work and 633 individuals – according to other control measures (interviews, explanatory work, etc.). 149 individuals were involved in state registration as a business entity.
Main Directorate of the STS in Kirovohrad region reminds that the Law of Ukraine as of 17.03.2020 № 533-IX “On amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine and other laws of Ukraine on support taxpayers for the duration of measures aimed to prevent the occurrence and spread of coronavirus disease (COVID-19)” which came into force on the 18.03.2020 established a moratorium on documentary and factual audits for the period from March 1 to May 31, 2020 except for documentary unscheduled audits when the taxpayer submitted a declaration claiming the budgetary reimbursement of the VAT in excess of 100 thousand UAH.
