Legal regulation department of the Main Directorate of the STS in Kirovohrad region conducted proceeding of 645 cases of different categories totaling 2.5 billion UAH.
As a result of their consideration, 23 decisions were made in whole or in part for in favor of the Main Directorate of the STS in Kirovohrad region, amounting 88 million 578 thousand UAH – which is more than 70 percent of the total number of decisions made and more than 90 percent of their total amount.
Among the administrative cases concerning the taxpayers’ claims to the territorial bodies of the STS of Kirovohrad region, most of them are cases of expired / invalid tax notifications–decisions. Thus, 18 cases were considered for a total amount of almost 36 million UAH during the 1st quarter of 2020. Of these, 12 decisions (66%) were made in favor of the territorial bodies of the STS of Kirovohrad region, amounting 32.4 million UAH.
