Local budgets of Zaporizhzhia region received 231 million 590 thousand UAH of the land payment during the 1st quarter of 2020. Acting Head of Main Directorate of the STS in Zaporizhzhia region Petro Filimonov reported that out of the this amount, 205.2 million UAH was provided by the legal entities and 26.4 million UAH by individuals.
The biggest amounts were transferred to local treasuries of Zaporizhzhia city – almost 88 million UAH, Energodar city, Kamyansko-Dniprovskyi and Velikobilozerskyi districts – 24.3 million UAH, Melitopol city, Melitopolskyi and Veselivskyi districts – 21 million UAH, Berdyansk city, Berdyanskyi and Primorskyi districts – 20.8 million UAH, Pologovskyi, Belmatskyi and Rozivskyi districts – 16.3 million UAH, Orikhivskyi and Gulyaypilskyi districts – 13 million UAH, Vasylivskyi and Mikhailovskyi districts – 12.8 million UAH, Yakimovskyi and Pryazovskyi districts – 12.3 million UAH.
In total, there are 21 thousand land users – individuals and 8.8 thousand – legal entities.
It should be reminded that objects of taxation are land owned or used, as well as land shares (owned). Rates and privileges of the land payment are set by the local self-government bodies of the respective territory.
