Budgets of Rivne region received more than 1606.1billion UAH of the personal income tax during January-April 2020.
According to acting Head of Main Directorate of the STS in Rivne region Vitalii Chui, the paid amount increased almost by 12% comparing to the same period in 2019. As follows, the treasury received additional 169.1 million UAH of the personal income tax.
According to the budget distribution, the amount of 407.9 million of the PIT was transferred from the total amount of revenues to the state budget and 1198.2 million UAH to local budgets.
Main Directorate of the STS in Rivne region emphasizes that the personal income tax is a budget-forming tax for local budgets. Therefore, financing of the needs of local communities will depend on the observance of labor legislation by employers, payment of legal income and legalization of labor relations with employees.
