457 citizens who expressed a wish to obtain the tax rebate appealed to Departments formed on the rights of separate units of the Main Directorate of the STS in Kherson region, Autonomous Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol city from the beginning of year. 1.1 million UAH of paid personal income tax was returned from the budget.
Tax rebate was declared in the following directions: education payments 363 declarations (74%) for the reimbursed amount of 975 thousand UAH; participation in the non-state pension insurance 88 declarations (17%) for the reimbursed amount of 174 thousand UAH; mortgages 2 declarations (1%) for the reimbursed amount of 4 thousand UAH; payment for assisted reproductive technologies (artificial insemination) 4 declarations (1%) for the reimbursed amount of 31 thousand UAH.
Reminder: the right to receive a tax rebate is not carried over to subsequent years, ie in order to receive a rebate for 2019 it is necessary to submit the property and income declaration to the tax inspection by December 31, 2020.
Taxpayers who paid interest on a mortgage loan, transferred charitable contributions to the non-profit organizations, paid for education of themselves or their children, insured themselves and their families, and paid for the conversion of a vehicle to alternative fuels can use the right to obtain a tax rebate.

The consolidated budget received 2.6 billion UAH from taxes of Kherson region

Business community of Kherson region transferred 2.598.3 million UAH of taxes and fees to the consolidated budget from the beginning of 2020. Revenues increased by 8% or by 194.5 million UAH of taxes and fees comparing to the same period in 2019.
Of this year’s revenues, the amount of 1.131.1 million UAH was transferred to the state treasury for national needs. Local treasuries of Kherson region received 1467.2 million UAH, which will be addressed to the socio-economic needs of local communities in the region. This is 72.8 million UAH of taxes and fees more than in 2019.
Also, businessmen - employers of Kherson region increased the payment of the single social contribution by 6% or 75.3 million UAH and within 4 months transferred 1.343.7 million UAH to the treasury accounts of Kherson region.
Growth of revenues to the consolidated budget is the result of joint work of Directorate and business entities of all forms of ownership in Kherson region. Civil servants are introducing innovative methods of tax administration and electronic services, and taxpayers are showing a high level of civic awareness in paying taxes.
