Number of tax reports submitted electronically increased to 87% during the quarantine in Ivano-Frankivsk region

Main Directorate of the STS in Ivano-Frankivsk region reported that the number of reports submitted by the taxpayers in electronic form increased to 87% during January – April 2020.

It should be noted that during the quarantine period and forced termination of work of the Taxpayer service centers, the number of business entities that reported to the tax authorities electronically increased to 20%.

Herewith, more than 11 thousand taxpayers or 43% of all taxpayers who submitted reports electronically, used to submit reports through the Taxpayer’s Electronic cabinet.

Please note that in addition to submitting reports through the Electronic cabinet, the taxpayers have access to personal information data (registration and identification data, information on tax accounting and registers, budgetary payments), obtain certificates regarding the absence of arrears of taxes and fees, apply for refunding of erroneously or overpaid amounts of taxes and fees, etc. To do this, use section “Correspondence with the State Tax Service” in the Electronic Cabinet.

In addition, for citizens’ convenience in the Electronic Cabinet was created the possibility of online access to the generated tax notifications-decisions on the amounts of accrued tax liabilities of the real estate tax other than land, transport tax and land payments, the ability to view data on objects of movable and immovable property which are objects of taxation (land, houses, apartments, gardens (country houses), garages, cars, etc.), in respect of which tax notices-decisions are formed.

Please note that use of the Electronic Cabinet is possible only if the taxpayer has an electronic digital signature. Electronic digital signature services can be obtained from any accredited key certification center.

Thus, legal entities and individuals of Ivano-Frankivsk region can obtain free qualified electronic digital signatures at the point of a qualified provider of electronic trust services of the Information and Reference Department of the State Tax Service, located in the Taxpayer service centers of Ivano-Frankivsk State Tax Inspectorate of the Main Directorate of the State Tax Service in Ivano-Frankivsk by the address: Nezalezhnosti street, 20 and Kalush STI by the address: Kalush city. V. Stusa street, building 2, office 107.

During the quarantine time, the provision of electronic trust services is carried out only by the preliminary appointment.
