According to acting Head of Main Directorate of the STS in Cherkasy region Dmytro Taran, the taxpayers of Cherkasy region paid 4.3 billion UAH of taxes and payments to budgets of all levels during January – April 2020, which is 11.7% or 446 million UAH more than during the corresponding period in 2019.
The state budget of Ukraine received 2 billion UAH (+ 328 million UAH or 1.2 times more than during 4 months of 2019), including 1.1 billion UAH of the value added tax (+ 261 million UAH or 1.3 times more than in 2019).
According to Dmytro Taran, local budgets of Cherkasy region received 2.3 billion UAH. Comparing to 2019, revenues increased by 5.5% or 118 million UAH. In particular, local budgets received more than 1.4 billion UAH of the personal income tax, 395 million UAH of the single tax, 242 million UAH of the land tax and land rent and 135 million UAH of the excise tax.
Also specified and aimed at providing pension insurance and implementation of the state social benefits 1.7 billion UAH of the single social contribution to compulsory state social insurance. Comparing to 2019, more than 68 million UAH was transferred.
Dmytro Taran expressed gratitude to all taxpayers of Cherkasy region who faithfully fulfill their obligations in current difficult business conditions.
