Taxpayers of Odessa region paid 833.4 million UAH of the property tax to regional local budgets during January – April 2020. Of these, owners (tenants) of the land plots, land shares (units) and land users paid 700.6 million UAH of the land tax and rent.
Also during the same period, regional taxpayers paid 128.1 million UAH of the real estate tax other than land. Including legal entities – real estate tax payers paid 118.8 million UAH and individuals – 9.3 million UAH, providing an increase by 2%.
In addition, local budgets of Odessa region received 4.6 million UAH of the transport tax during 4 months of 2020. Specifically, 2.7 million UAH of the transport tax was paid by legal entities and 1.9 million UAH was paid by individuals.
