Main Directorate of the STS in Chernivtsi region informed that local budgets of the region received 1222 million 843 thousand UAH of taxes and payments during January – May 2020. Amount of taxes received by communities is 3.5 million UAH more than in 2019.
Personal income tax is more than 66% of the share of filling the communities’ budgets, which is 811.4 million UAH. Comparing to the same period in 2019, the revenues growth has been provided in the absolute amount of 26.5 million UAH.
Also the budget-forming segments of financial self-sufficiency of territorial communities of the region are deductions of the single tax in the amount of 203.6 million UAH and receipts from the property taxes – 123.8 million UAH (the land payment – 106.8 million UAH, the real estate tax other than land – 17.0 million UAH).
In addition, business entities transferred to the local budgets the excise tax on the retail sale of excisable products – 40.9 million UAH; fee the forest, subsoil and water use – 17.1 million UAH, income tax – 15.4 million UAH, license fees for the wholesale and retail sale of alcohol beverages and tobacco products – received 4.7 million UAH.

It is important that positive dynamics of the tax revenues to local budgets is achieved primarily through the most effective cooperation and interaction of local self-governments, taxpayers and tax specialists.
