64 business entities of Mykolaiv region (legal entities) received 422.7 million UAH of reimbursed value added tax to the taxpayers’ bank accounts during January – May 2020. This was reported by acting Head of Main Directorate of the STS in Mykolaiv region Dmytro Prokofiev.
According to him, due to the value added tax reimbursement, the working capital of business entities is replenished in a timely manner, which guarantees development and possibility of increasing production volumes. Reimbursement of the value added tax is transparent, because the electronic system makes it impossible to carry out any fraud.
It should be noted that in order to prevent unjustified reimbursement of the value added tax to business entities, the Main Directorate of the STS in Mykolaiv region is carrying out control and verification work, as a result of which during January – May 2020 unjustified VAT reimbursement in the amount of 40.6 million UAH was prevented.
