Main Directorate of the STS in Poltava region noted that during January – May 2020, there are 1680 cases involving the STS of Poltava region for the total amount of 8 billion 184.9 million UAH pending consideration of the courts’ of various instances, taking into account cases transferred from the previous years.
Total number of cases that were under consideration are cases: of the taxpayers’ claims to the State Tax Service of Poltava region – 1367 cases totaling 4 billion 50.03 million UAH (including 210 cases for 846.1 million UAH initiated in 2020); of the STS’s bodies claims – 313 cases totaling 4 billion 134.89 million UAH (including 63 cases for 26.5 million UAH initiated in 2020).
Of these, 223 cases totaling 223.1 million UAH were considered and resolved: 131 cases for 145.2 million UAH in favor of the State Tax Service and 92 cases for 77.9 million UAH in favor of the taxpayers.
As of the beginning of June 2020, 4 cases of the taxpayers’ claims for claims budgetary VAT arrears for 17.2 million UAH were pending the courts’ consideration. Of these, 1 case for 3.8 million UAH was considered and resolved in favor of the State Tax Service. Others are under consideration, decisions on which have not been made as of the reporting date.
According to the results of lawsuit work, the budget received 13.1 million UAH during January – May 2020.
