Taxpayers of Khmelnytskyi region paid 243.2 million UAH of the income tax to the consolidated budget during January – May 2020. Amount of paid income tax is 11.5% higher than the last year’s revenues during the same period.
Main Directorate of the STS in Khmelnytskyi region noted that such an increase in the income tax payment in the context of slowed economic processes testifies to the established effective dialogue between the State Tax Service and business representatives, who understand how important budget’s stability is. At the same time, the Tax service actively opposes the attempts of certain circle of businessmen to declare a fictitious unprofitable result of activity.
It should be noted that improvement of electronic services and modern information technologies, which the State Tax Service actively implements in the process of servicing taxpayers, allow specialists to process submitted reports quickly and efficiently and business representatives to minimize contacts with employees of the Tax service.
