Local budgets of Vinnytsia region received more than 56.4 million UAH of the real estate other than land tax during the 1st half of 2020. According to acting Head of Main Directorate of the STS in Vinnytsia region Oleh Martyniuk, this amount exceeds the forecast by 14.3 million UAH. Comparing to the same period in 2019, revenues have increased by more than 2.9 million UAH.
More than 79% of the total real estate tax revenues or almost 44.8 million UAH was paid by legal entities. The rest is a citizens’ contribution.
Tax official added that currently notifications – decisions on the amount of accrued real estate other than land tax, are sent to all owners of “over norm” square meters of living space. It therefore recalls that within 60 calendar days from the date of receipt of such notifications, these taxpayers are required to transfer the amount of tax to the requisites specified in notification. If the notification – decision for some reason wasn’t delivered, it is advisable to contact the Taxpayer Service Centers at the tax address place.
