The consolidated budget received 347 million UAH of the income tax according to results of the 1st half of 2020 in Volyn region. This is 7.5% more than in 2019.
“In the conditions of corona crisis, Volyn business entities show a responsible attitude towards paying taxes, specifically, most of them honestly report about the real financial results of their activities. Accordingly, the budget receives appropriate amounts of the income tax. As for the circle of businessmen who seek to hide their profits, the STS’s specialists have the necessary experience and technological solutions to detect fictitious losses and prevent minimization of payments.” – stated Head of the Main Directorate of the State Tax Service in Volyn region Svitlana Savchuk.
Head of Volyn tax specialists emphasized that the STS provides the highest quality of tax support for legal business, so that the fulfillment of tax obligations does not cause unreasonable time or inconveniences.
“State Tax Service of Ukraine is systematically working to improve electronic services that will allow taxpayers to obtain the necessary information at a convenient time, generate reports and send them to the controlling body. It is the electronic format of interaction that completely eliminates the subjective factor” – summarized Svitlana Savchuk.
Reference: 8 million UAH of the income tax was transferred to the regional budget during January – June 2020 from the large taxpayers registered at the Lutsk department of tax support for enterprises of Lviv Large taxpayers office of the STS.
