STS of Mykolaiv region conducts measures aimed at creating equal competitive conditions for business entities, improving their service, preventing the use of tax evasion schemes and intensifies the counteraction against the shadow sector of economy. This was reported by Head of the Main Directorate of the STS in Mykolaiv region Leonid Korchagin.
According to him, working indicators of the STS of Mykolaiv region indicate the effectiveness of taken measures. Budgets of all levels received 7.1 billion UAH of taxes and fees during January – July 2020; tax revenues have increased by 495.6 million UAH comparing to January – July 2019.
The state treasury received almost 3.3 billion UAH, which is 272.5 million UAH more than during January – July 2019. Almost 3.9 billion UAH was transferred to local budgets, which is 223.1 million UAH or 6.1% more than revenues during 7 months of 2019.
The largest share, namely 42.1% in the total amount of revenues to the state budget is VAT, which was transferred in the amount of 1.4 billion UAH, personal income tax – 887.7 million UAH, income tax – 680.7 million UAH, military levy – 246.2 million UAH.
“Formation of honest and responsible attitude of business representatives towards payment of taxes and quality provision of administrative services remain the key tasks of the regional Tax service in filling budgets of all levels” – emphasized Leonid Korchagin.
