Local budgets of Zaporizhzhia region received 706 million UAH of the land tax and rent during January – August 2020 (excluding data of large enterprises registered at registered at Zaporizhzhia Office of the STS Large Taxpayers Office). Head of Main Directorate of the STS in Zaporizhzhia region Roman Afonov reported that business entities – legal entities paid 514 million UAH, individuals paid 192 million UAH.
Landowners and users of Zaporizhzhia transferred 222.6 million UAH to the city budget. Treasuries of Energodar city, Kamyansko-Dniprovskyi and Velykobilozerskyi districts received 78.7 million UAH; Melitopol city, Melitopolskyi and Veselivskyi districts transferred 71.5 million UAH; Berdyansk city, Berdyanskyi and Primorskyi districts – 62.2 million UAH; Yakymivskyi and Pryazovskyi districts – 58.4 million UAH; Polohivskyi, Bilmatskyi and Rozivskyi districts – 50.6 million UAH; Vasylivskyi and Mykhailivskyi districts – 42.8 million UAH; Orikhivskyi and Huliaipilskyi districts – 38.7 million UAH; Tokmak city, Tokmatskyi and Chernihivskyi districts – 37.7 million UAH, etc.
Since the beginning of 2020, based on the reconciliations results made by the Tax service with territorial divisions of the State Geocadastre in Zaporizhzhia region, Regional department of the State Property Fund of Ukraine – 56 taxpayers were involved in taxation (the annual amount of accruals for land with an area of 859.5 hectares amounted 3.2 million UAH). Also, 17 business entities were identified that used 154.8 hectares of land without title documents. The annual amount of accruals to the budget exceeded 315 thousand UAH.
Currently, there are 9086 land users – legal entities and almost 289 thousand individuals in the region.
