More than 6412 cases of various categories totaling 14.7 billion UAH with participation of tax authorities of Dnipropetrovsk region are under courts’ consideration as of September 1, 2020.
754 have been resolved in favor of the tax authorities of Dnipropetrovsk region for 3.8 billion UAH of cases considered by courts since the beginning of 2020.
Of the total number of administrative taxpayers’ lawsuit cases, the majority are cases of invalidation / expiration tax notifications – decisions. Thus, 3645 such cases totaling 8.5 billion UAH were pending in the courts. Of considered cases, namely 288 cases totaling 526 million UAH were resolved in favor of the tax authorities during January – August 2020.
