Main Directorate of the STS in Poltava region noted that 1668 cases totaling 7 billion 313.6 million UAH were pending in courts of various instances during January – August 2020.
Total number of cases under consideration consists of cases: on the taxpayers’ claims to the STS bodies – 1312 cases totaling 4 billion 216.1 million UAH (including 341 cases totaling 1 billion 32.5 million UAH, initiated in 2020); on the lawsuits of regional STS – 356 cases totaling 3 billion 97.5 million UAH (including 131 cases totaling 79.7 million UAH, initiated in 2020).
Of these, 366 cases totaling 654.5 million UAH were considered and resolved: in the STS’s favor – 218 cases totaling 316.2 million UAH; in the taxpayers’ favor – 184 cases totaling 338.3 million UAH.
As of the beginning of September 2020, 4 cases totaling 17.2 million UAH were pending in the courts on the taxpayers’ lawsuits to recover VAT budgetary arrears. Of these, 2 cases totaling 4.8 million UAH were considered and resolved in the STS’s favor; others are under consideration, decisions on which have not been made as of the reporting date.
Budget has received more than 21.2 million UAH according to claim work of the STS in Poltava region since the beginning of 2020.
