Legal department of the State Tax Service in Kirovohrad region provided support to 694 cases of various categories totaling 2.4 billion UAH during January – August 2020.
According to its consideration results, 123 decisions totaling 378 million 430.4 thousand UAH were made in full or in part favor of Main Directorate of the STS in Kirovohrad region, which is almost 56% of the total number of decisions and 62.5% of its total amount.
Among the administrative cases on the taxpayers’ claims to territorial bodies of STS in Kirovohrad region, the majority cases are invalidation / expiration of tax notifications – decisions. As follows, 143 cases totaling 433.3 million UAH were considered during January – August 2020. Of these, 58 decisions (40%) totaling 206.5 million UAH were made in favor of STS territorial bodies in Kirovohrad region.
