Main Directorate of the STS in Kharkiv region reported that business entities of Kharkiv region transferred 178.9 billion UAH of the environmental tax to budgets of all levels during January – September 2020.

Comparing to the same period in 2019, the revenues growth is 22.2 million UAH or 14.1%. The proved task was fulfilled by 109.8% (+15.9 million UAH).

Specifically, the state budget received 107.4 million UAH; to local budgets received 71.5 million UAH.

The state and local self-governments use these funds to finance measures to protect environment, restore the environment and rational use of natural resources.
