Main Directorate of the STS in Dnipropetrovsk region received 282 written citizens’ appeals during January – September 2020. Number of 322 such appeals was received during the corresponding period in 2019.
Topics of written appeals mostly concerned the following issues: control and verification work, consultations on tax legislation, etc. 14 collective appeals were received by Main Directorate of the STS in Dnipropetrovsk region, which were considered within the timeframe specified by law.
“Creating comfortable conditions for taxpayers in the performance of their duties to pay taxes, fees, charges is a priority for regional Tax service. Priority is given to ensuring a comprehensive, qualified, objective consideration of appeals, prompt and timely resolution of identified issues.” – emphasized acting Head of Main Directorate of the STS in Dnipropetrovsk region Olga Mazur.
