There are 37 Taxpayers Service Centers at state tax inspections of Main Directorate of the STS in Dnipropetrovsk region, where the taxpayers can receive a wide range of services: information, advisory and administrative. Centers provide 31 types of administrative services.

In total, employees of the TSC processed 215.2 thousand appeals in administrative and other services, of which 209.8 thousand is provided administrative services.
In connection with the adoption of Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine as of 20.05.2020 №392 “On the quarantine introduction to prevent the spread of acute respiratory disease COVID-19 caused by the coronavirus SARS-Co-V-2 and stages of anti-epidemic measures mitigation”, the taxpayers are accepted only by the preliminary appointment. For taxpayers’ correspondence and reporting who are not able to use electronic services, mailboxes are placed in the TSC buildings in order to limit personal communication of TSC’s employees with taxpayers.
