As of the 1st of October 2020, there are 16972 licenses in Dnipropetrovsk region for the retail sale of alcohol beverages and tobacco products, retail sale of fuel and fuel storage for 5615 business entities, including 7562 licenses for the retail sale of alcohol beverages, 6339 licenses for the sale of tobacco products, 606 licenses for the retail sale of fuel and 2465 licenses for fuel storage.
Main Directorate of the STS in Dnipropetrovsk region conducts a systematic control over the timeliness of payment by business entities for licenses for the retail sale of alcohol beverages and tobacco products, retail sale of fuel and fuel storage. Thus during 9 months of 2020, the number of 894 licenses for sale of alcohol beverages, 665 licenses for the sale of tobacco products, 7 licenses for the retail sale of fuel and 5 for the fuel storage were suspended for payment of the next payment.
1628 licenses were revoked, of which 60 for the sale of alcohol beverages and tobacco products to persons under 18 years of age during January – September 2020.
