Tax specialists of Main Directorate of the STS in Dnipropetrovsk region conducted 216 actual audits of business entities for control in the turnover of excisable products, during which 236 legislative violations were revealed during January – September 2020. Total amount of accrued financial sanctions is 21 million 192 thousand UAH.
“Most often, business entities carried out the retail sale of alcohol beverages and tobacco products without licenses (40 cases)” – commented Deputy Head of Main Directorate of the STS in Dnipropetrovsk region Olga Mazur.
In addition, were revealed: 34 facts of the retail and 3 facts of the wholesale of fuel without a license, 34 facts of sale of alcohol beverages at prices below the minimum retail prices, 37 facts of sale of alcohol beverages for bottling, 13 – sale of tobacco products at prices higher than the maximum, 34 facts of not equipping tanks with the level meters and / or flow meters, 30 – untimely submission of certificate of actual fuel balances, 4 – sale of tobacco products individually, 4 facts of storage of alcohol beverages and tobacco products without excise tax marks, 1 fact of the retail sale of fuel through the registrar of calculated operations, which is not specified in the license, 1 fact of storage of alcohol beverages in a place not included in the Unified State Register of Storage Places and 1 fact of production of alcohol beverages without the excise tax marks.
