It should be noted that the land payment is a budget – forming payment for territories of Khmelnytskyi region, so its administration is under special control. Emphasis in this area of work is on the fact that not a single hectare of arable land, pastures, land plots, which are allocated for doing business, did not escape taxation.
Dynamics in the payment of taxes credited to local budgets largely depends on the active position of community leaders, who must insist that all business entities and citizens meet their tax obligations. Legal entrepreneurship, streamlining land relations with all land users and landowners, and close control over the tax discipline of those who use land for commercial gain are prerequisites for the budgetary success of communities.
At the same time, regional Tax service carefully processes local government information on potential land use violations and takes adequate measures to ensure timely revenues which ultimately work for the community and yield positive results.
