Ensuring significant revenues to local budgets is one of the priority areas for STS of Mykolaiv region.
Acting Head of Main Directorate of the STS in Mykolaiv region Dmytro Prokofiev reported that local budgets were replenished by 752.3 million UAH during January – October 2020 due to honesty of the single tax payers. Revenues have increased by 43.3 million UAH comparing to the corresponding period in 2019. The vast majority of funds were transferred by individuals – entrepreneurs who chose simplified taxation system. Thus, during the specified period they transferred 447.3 million UAH, which is 34.6 million UAH more than during 10 months in 2019. Legal entities paid 84.9 million UAH, agricultural producers – single tax payers transferred 220.1 million UAH.
Dmytro Prokofiev stated that growth of the single tax revenues from small and medium enterprises is based on the daily joint work of tax specialists, authorities and local self-governments, initiatives on both sides, understanding that we are doing the same thing for community and country as a whole. Entrepreneurs of Mykolaiv region, who prove their responsibility to the state by conscientious payment of taxes, also deserve respect. According to Dmytro Prokofiev, taxes should be spent where they are collected!
