Main Directorate of the STS in Kharkiv region reported that during January – October 2020 the number of 518 requests for information was received (by mail, fax, e-mail, telephone and in person), namely:
- 233 or 45.0% from legal entities;
- 285 or 55.0% from citizens.
Tax specialists noted that requests came mainly from Kharkiv city and Kharkiv region, Kyiv, Poltava city and Zhytomyr region.
The most frequently asked questions about providing:
- information on the payment of certain types of taxes and fees;
- information on officials of the State Tax Service in Kharkiv region;
- information on conducting audits of business entities registered at Main Directorate of the STS in Kharkiv region;
- information on the amounts of accrued taxes and penalties;
- information on the existence of debt;
- copies of administrative documents and / or personnel documents.
