Business entities of Dnipropetrovsk region transferred 660.6 million UAH of environmental tax during January – October 2020, which is 10.4 million UAH more than during the corresponding period in 2019.
“Of the total number of administrative cases on taxpayers’ lawsuits, the majority are cases of invalidation / expiration of tax notifications – decisions. Thus, 3128 such cases totaling 8.2 billion UAH have been pending in the courts since the beginning of 2020. Of cases considered in favor of the tax authorities, the number of 320 cases totaling 625 million has been resolved” – reported Head of the Tax administration department of Main Directorate of the STS in Dnipropetrovsk region Victoria Kalinohorska.
Involved taxpayers:
- carry out storage of grain;
- emit pollutants by burning different types of fuel;
- to whom the wastes were transferred within Dnipropetrovsk region according to the Declaration for 2019;
- those who sell fuel through illegal gas stations.
