Head of Main Directorate of the STS in Kharkiv region Artem Efremov reported that local budgets were replenished by 16.092 million UAH during January – November 2020, which is 2.9% or 401.0 million UAH more than during the corresponding period in 2019. The indicative figure of the State Tax Service of Ukraine was fulfilled by 107.2%, namely 970.2 million UAH was additionally received.
Payments totaling 1.694.1 million UAH were provided in November 2020, which is 100.6 million UAH (or 6.3%) more than in November 2019.
Proved task was fulfilled by 113.7% (+204.6 million UAH).
The main source of income to local budget is the personal income tax. Namely, 9.514.4 million UAH of this tax was actually transferred to local budgets during January – November 2020.
Also, the local budgets of Kharkiv region received the single tax totaling3183.8 million UAH,
land tax and rent – 1.777.9 million UAH,
rent – 444.2 million UAH,
real estate other than land tax – 351 million UAH,
excise tax on the sale of excisable goods by retail trade entities – 297.1 million UAH,
income tax – 261.1 million UAH,
environmental tax – 82.2 million UAH,
license fees – 68.8 million UAH.
Tax authorities noted that regional development depends on the timely and full filling of local budgets.
