Electronic services department reported that Electronic services sub-units received 68.7 thousand payers’ appeals for administrative services during January – November 2020.
Of the total number of provided administrative services, more than 81% (56 thousand) were provided through Taxpayer Service Centers. The most popular was the service of issuing a taxpayer card, which was used by 31 thousand people. Second place is issuance of information on the amount of paid income and withheld taxes – more than 29 thousand.
Also, Electronic services sub-units provided the following administrative services: registration of accounting books of settlement operations – 4.7 thousand, registration of registrar of calculated operations – 2.3 thousand, entering in the passport of a citizen of Ukraine (in the form of a booklet) a note on the right to make any payments for series and passport number – 0.73 thousand, registration of settlement books – 0.7 thousand.
