Main Directorate of the STS in Mykolaiv region effectively works out risky operations of business entities, detects and destroys schemes for the formation of a fictitious tax credit, which provides an increase in the amount of VAT declarations payable to the budget. It should be noted that the value added tax remains the flagship among the budget-forming taxes. Its share in the total amount of revenues to the state budget is almost 45%.
Significant indicators of the VAT collection testify to effective administration of this tax, service improvement of the VAT payers and creation of comfortable conditions for doing business in Mykolaiv region.
As follows, almost 2.5 billion UAH of the VAT was transferred to the state budget from goods produced in Ukraine during January – November 2020, which is 238.3 million UAH or 10.6% more than the value added tax revenues during January – November 2019.
