As of the 1st of December 2020, the number of 230 thousand individuals – entrepreneurs and more than 93 thousand business entities – legal entities pay single contribution in Odessa region.
“Payment of single contribution to compulsory state social insurance amounted to 10.9 billion UAH during January – November 2020, which is 0.9 billion UAH or 9.1% more than during January – November 2019.” – reported Head of Main Directorate of the STS in Odessa region Julia Shadevska.
Specifically, 1.1 billion UAH of single contribution was paid in November 2020. Compared to November last year, Payment has increased by 117 million UAH or 12.4% comparing to November 2019.
Head of Main Directorate of the STS in Odessa region Julia Shadevska stated that employers and employees should remember that due to the non-payment of single contribution, taxes and fees, employees are deprived of social guarantees, lose insurance experience and opportunity to receive a earned pension provided by the law, because the pension will be awarded only from the officially accrued salary.
