Main Directorate of the STS in Dnipropetrovsk region received 330 written citizens’ appeals during January – November 2020. During the corresponding period of 2019 this figure was 377 appeals.
Topics of written appeals mostly concerned the following issues: control and verification work, consultations on tax legislation, etc.
15 collective appeals were received and further considered within the timeframe specified by law.
Priority of regional Tax service is to create comfortable conditions for taxpayers in the performance of their duties to pay taxes, fees and other payments. Priority is given to ensuring a comprehensive, qualified, objective consideration of appeals, prompt and timely resolution of identified issues.
In order to improve information exchange with citizens, the Main Directorate of the STS in Dnipropetrovsk region created a special e-mail box dp.zvern436@tax.gov.ua, applications at which are accepted by employees during each working day according to the Law of Ukraine as of 02.10.1996 / 96-VR “On citizens’ appeals”.
