Employers and residents of Zaporizhzhia region transferred 7 billion 609 million UAH of the personal income tax to budgets of all levels during January – November 2020. 2020 (excluding data of large taxpayers registered at the Eastern Office of Large Taxpayers Office of the STS). The last year’s level of payments exceeded 560 million 640 thousand UAH or 8%.
Commenting the PIT revenues, Head of Main Directorate of the STS in Zaporizhzhia region Roman Afonov reported that out of the total, amount of 1.9 billion UAH was transferred to the state budget, which is 140 million UAH more than during 11 months of 2019. Namely, 5.7 billion UAH was transferred to local budgets. Revenues growth comparing to 11 months of 2019 amounted to 420 million UAH.
2 billion 400 million UAH was transferred to the Zaporizhzhia city treasury, community budgets received 826.6 million UAH from community taxpayers of Energodar city, Kamyansko-Dniprovskyi and Velykobilozerskyi districts; 595.4 million UAH from Melitopol city, Melitopolskyi and Veselivskyi districts; 438 million UAH from Berdyansk city, Berdyanskyi and Primorskyi districts; 356.5 million UAH from Vasylivskyi and Mykhailivskyi districts; Polohivskyi, 284 million UAH from Bilmatskyi and Rozivskyi districts and 187 million UAH from Orikhivskyi and Huliaipilskyi districts.
The main types of provided PIT revenues are salaries (85%), cash benefits for servicemen (6%), income from shares and dividends (6%).
As of the beginning of December 2020, there are 74.4 thousand personal income taxpayers in Zaporizhzhia region, of which 55.6 thousand are individuals and 18.8 thousand are business and legal entities.
