Main Directorate of the STS in Luhansk region reported that regional taxpayers submitted 113 applications for budgetary VAT reimbursement to current bank accounts during January – November 2020. Total amount of claimed budgetary reimbursement is 124.7 million UAH. 120 applications were submitted during the corresponding period in 2019 for 154.1 million UAH.
According to the audit results of submitted applications during 11 months of 2020, the VAT amount which is subject to budgetary reimbursement to the taxpayer’s bank account was overestimated by 19.1 million UAH.
102.6 million UAH of the value added tax claimed for budgetary reimbursement has already been refunded to current taxpayers’ bank accounts.
