Popularity of the State Tax Service’s Knowledge base is growing: 1.6 million views in 4 months of the year

Online resource, the State Tax Service’s Knowledge base, hosted on the Public Information and Reference Resource, is becoming increasingly popular.  

Taxpayers viewed this Knowledge base 1.6 million times during January – April 2025 alone. Number of views has increased by 135 thousand compared to the same period last year.

This is a convenient online resource with ready-made answers to popular questions about taxation, single contribution and other legislation, control over compliance with which is entrusted to the State Tax Service. It is possible to use it 24/7.

Knowledge base is formed taking into account the taxpayers’ requests to the State Tax Service’s Contact Center. It contains more than 16 thousand unified questions and answers and is constantly updated. Due to legislative changes, 635 answers were updated in four months of 2025 and validity period was limited to 560.
