During 2019, Main Directorate of the STS in Dnipropetrovsk region received 317 written requests for public information – compared to 2018, the number of requests has increased by 53 requests.
According to the results of the aftermath of the requests: 145 were approved with subsequent provided information; 167 were rejected due to the non-compliance of requests with the Law of Ukraine “On access to public information” as of 13.01.2011 №. 2939-VI and 5 requests were sent to the addressee.
In order to improve information exchange with the taxpayers Main Directorate of the STS in Dnipropetrovsk region created special e-mail box publik436@sfs.gov.ua for receiving requests for public information on a daily basis.
In addition, Main Directorate of the STS in Dnipropetrovsk region in order to ensure transparency of activities carries out publication of public information in the form of 6 sets of open data on the “Unified State Open Source Web Portal” and on the sub-site “Territorial Bodies of the STS in Dnipropetrovsk region”.
