Tax specialists of the Main Directorate of the STS in Kherson region, the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol city have conducted 78 actual audits of business entities during the survey of holiday resorts on compliance with the tax legislation among entrepreneurs since the beginning of holiday season in Kherson region.
Tax specialists charged violators of the tax legislation with 1352 thousand UAH of penalty (financial) sanctions which will replenish regional local budgets.
Among the violations of tax legislation in Henichesk district, the auditors found 2 cases of the retail trade of alcohol beverages without a license. Such “amateurism” cost each of the entrepreneurs the amount of 17 thousand UAH of penalty (financial) sanctions.
For trading of tobacco products at prices higher than the maximum retail prices set by the manufacturer or importer, one “tobacco” businessman received 10 thousand UAH of penalty (financial) sanctions.
Entrepreneurs will have to pay 6.8 thousand UAH of penalty (financial) sanctions for their own “initiative”, namely the trade of alcohol beverages in unspecified places.
Situation is not better in Holoprystansk and Skadovsk districts. In their territories were established the following:
-10 cases of trade of alcohol beverages in unspecified places; 6.8 thousand UAH of penalty (financial) sanctions were applied to each trader;
- 3 cases of retail trade of alcohol beverages without a license; 17 thousand UAH of penalty (financial) sanctions were applied to each violator;
-1 case of retail trade of alcohol beverages at prices lower than the established minimum wholesale or retail prices for such beverages; 10 thousand UAH of penalty (financial) sanctions were applied;
- 1 case of trade of alcohol beverages without the excise duty marks; 17 thousand UAH of penalty (financial) sanctions were applied for such “amateurism”.
Audits of business entities for monitoring the earnings of restaurant businesses, retailers which show unrealistically low revenues from the RCOs and information on existing excise licenses will continue within the framework of Operation “Resort 2020”.
