Specialists of Main Directorate of the STS in Luhansk region conducted 126 audits of business entities on compliance with current legislation on the regulation of production and turnover of ethyl alcohol, cognac and fruit, alcohol beverages, tobacco products and fuel during January – August 2020.
During the audits, 118 legislative violations governing the turnover of excisable products were identified. Of these 36 are cases of the retail sale of alcohol beverages at prices below the established minimum retail prices. In total, according to the audit results, namely 3.405.6 thousand UAH was additionally accrued.
In addition, excisable products for the total amount of 16.8 million UAH were seized from illicit turnover during 8 months of 2020.
